Falz The Bahd guy real name is Folarin Falana. He is the son to Femi Falana, a popular Nigerian lawyer and Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN). He was born March 27, 1990, and started his career way back in secondary school after forming a music group known as ‘THE SCHOOL BOYS” where he developed his love and passion for music.
How Falz Became Popular
Falz shot into fame in 2009 with his popular single titled “Marry Me” featuring vocals from Poe and Yemi Alade which won him an award for best collaboration of The Year” category at the 2015 Nigeria Entertainment Awards.He has collaborated with a number of popular artistes in Nigeria like Olamide, Davido, Simi.
He was also nominated in the “Best Rap Act of The Year” and “Best New Act to Watch” categories at the same event. In one of his Interviews with MTVBASE, he revealed on how he got his faux accent, he said it all started back at his days in Unilag and he developed it which today has become his identity.
Falz has a record label named Bahd Guys Records and he is the CEO. Apart from being a popular upcoming artiste, actor and comedian, he is one of the best rappers in Nigeria currently.
